| The Process
From Start to Finish here is how we do it:
The Initial Consultation. A trained estimator will inspect and measure the surface, discuss options, objectives and possible concerns with the customer. We will provide an absolutely free, no-obligation quote for our services either in person, over the phone, or via e-mail for your consideration.
| Day 1. |
Our estimator and technician will review the customer’s objectives. Technicians will remove furniture, potted plants, etc. We thoroughly clean the entire surface removing mold, mildew, algae, fungus, dirt, dust and other staining. Neatly and thoroughly cordon of the area to protect against traffic, mowers, etc. |
| Day 2. |
Thoroughly re-sand the joints in preparation for sealant. Technicians will apply 2 full coats of solvent based sealant by Sherwin-Williams. Application techniques vary with different finishes, but most are sprayed on then back rolled in for uniformity. Our sealant dries to the touch in as little as 15 minutes. |
